The company expects that its technology will be integrated with a variety of enterprise content management applications where multilingual data is most likely to reside. This person will drive this integration by building partnerships with potential resellers, software vendors and systems integrators who address the Global 2000 market. This is an individual contributor role but could grow into a leadership role for a focused commercial sales and support team that leads the company into its next phase of evolution Familiarity & Experience with complex consultative sales process Responsible for a multi-channel sales approach including telesales, strategic alliances and partnerships to increase the client base and revenue stream. Ability to build and drive Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships in the Business Intelligence, Content Management, Enterprise Search, e-Support, Collaboration, ECM and Knowledge Management which embed the company's software solution into large scale solutions, which may be domain, market, or client specific. Demonstrated ability to build and develop OEM partnerships with ISVs Demonstrated ability to work independently in a startup culture Strong instincts for understanding and developing potential business partnerships Demonstrated competence in building infrastructure from scratch Responsible for collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product management to ensure the refining of product requirements. Strong communications and leadership skills on sales, marketing and product management issues Ability to adjust and tune marketing strategy and support for local markets Able to work without organizational infrastructural support Small to mid-size software company experience a plus. Proven ability to effectively manage high-pressure execution in a high growth, small company environment. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience driving business development including channel management, partnerships, and contract execution. Strong negotiation skills and expertise in developing contractual terms and conditions. Requires at least a BS. Post-graduate studies in sales or business management preferred.
